East End United Methodist Church
The sanctuary of East End United Methodist Church is a looking glass into the days when artisans and craftsmen were a part of everyday neighborhood life.
The beautifully crafted stained glass windows usher spectacular color into the sanctuary, detailed in dark woods and anchored by a pipe organ with historic ties to the Carnegie family.
The dark wooden pews offer twin aisles and seating for 200 guests. The church lawn is surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes and can also accommodate 200.
The Sanctuary
The Ambrose House is fortunate to work with many talented people and it is always a pleasure when you have a chance to tell someone about a treasure or artisan that comes into your life.
When the East End United Methodist Church sanctuary and lawn became available for wedding ceremonies, we knew we wanted some photographs that would show off the romance and beauty of the space. Our friend, Gipsy Williams, of Enchanted Brides magazine (a treasure in her own right) recommended Lesli and Bill Emmetts of Divine Images for their talents and artistry. Working with the Emmetts you get the sense they enjoy every minute capturing the grandeur and nuance of the occasion. Lesli and Bill bring such professionalism and artistry to their work it is easy to see why they are among Nashville's most respected bridal photography studios. We are pleased to have their images on our website and recommend you take a look at their online gallery to view the full depth of their talents.
